COPYRIGHT• I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client. Therefore, I reserve the right to redistribute and to post my work and its progress on my portfolio and any website, publish artbooks and create merchandise, and more.• I may stream the drawing process on my Twitch channel unless requested otherwise by the client.• You may not claim my work as your own. All commissions will include a subtle signature that you may not remove.• Commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have rights of the design for commercial use and resale (see Commercial Fess below). Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.• Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━BEFORE COMMISSIONING• Please be respectful and patient. I reserve the right to decline any request or cease working with any client due to discomfort or poor personal experience.• I cannot read minds, unfortunately. Please provide as much information as possible with your commission inquiry and have references available.• Please refrain from commissioning me if you are not fully committed and if you do not have the funds available.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME• Do not commission me if you have a very limited deadline. I do not have the luxury of unlimited free time and I am stubbornly meticulous with my work, so it may take a while until I complete a commission depending on its complexity.• The process consists of an initial sketch, lineart, color, and polish. Once you approve the sketch, your feedback is appreciated for the other phases, but please provide it as early in the phase as possible to avoid further delays.• You may contact me for status updates. The completion time for commissions will vary on commission type. The turnaround rate is subject to increase as delays may occur.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY• All prices are listed in USD. I only accept payment through Cashapp. Feel free to use my referral link to get $5 when you send $5+ to anyone through Cashapp within a week.• All prices are subject to change at any time (e.g. due to high demand, increasing quality, and expanded labor). Commissions accepted prior to the price changes will not be affected.• A minimum of 50% of the payment is received from new clients once initial sketch is approved. Trusted clients may send payment when the commission is completed.• I do not accept refunds or chargebacks if I started on your commission.• Additional fees may be applied if major revisions are requested.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━COMMERCIAL FEES• Basic: 2x price for artwork that is used as game assets, promotional uses, song covers, etc. (e.g. emote costs: $28 → $28 x 2 = $56)• Full: 4x price for artwork that will be sold as merchandise (e.g. pillows, prints, keychains, etc.) (e.g. emote costs: $28 → $28 x 4 = $112)
